Description

European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) waiver visa scheme finally launched by the EU after a long time. ETIAS is not the same as a visa as it has quicker ways. It is done online and no biometric required in it. This cost acquiring is the same as ESTA, the United States scheme. ETIAS was criticized for a late 2022 debut. European Union travelers have freedom of traveling which allows them to spend much time in different countries.

ETIAS is obligatory for every person who has to enter the associations from the countries which does not require a visa previously. 60 countries along the US and the UK which after Brexit lost the freedom of movement. But there were no changes for the ones who use the visa to enter. The application process linked with an Automated IT system. Three minute’s taken to grant the approval. According to the new memo issued around 95% of the people estimated to be granted approval in minutes. This memo was issued by the EU. In very exceptional cases this approval time could take a month. The person whose application gets denied has a chance to appeal. https://dailyaffairs.info/european-union-will-start-charging-visitors/#Free_Travel_To_The_European_Union_Finally_Ended
